65 days. Open-pollinated.
Armenian Cucumber is an open-pollinated, heirloom melon variety native to Southern Asia that looks and tastes just like a cucumber.
Vigorous vines produce light green, deeply ribbed, 18 to 24 inch long fruits that are crisp and sweet with a mild flavor.
The fruits tend to twist and coil when grown on the ground, so consider using a trellis if you're looking for a straighter cucumber!

Growth Chart
Hardiness Zones: 3 to 12 Light Requirement: Full Sun Soil Type: Fertile, well-drained Sow Depth: 1/2 inch Plant Spacing: 36 to 60 inches or 12 inches for a trellis Germination Temp: 60°F to 90°F Germination Time: 7 to 14 days Maturation: 65 days Growing Tips
Start cucumbers indoors about 2 weeks before the last spring frost, sowing the seeds 1/2 inch deep in small, individual peat pots. Use a heat mat to keep the soil temperature above 70°F and a humidity dome to ensure the soil stays moist between watering. Germination should occur within 7 to 14 days.
When the danger of frost has passed and the cucumber seedlings have developed their second set of true leaves, plant the seedlings 36 to 60 inches apart (or 12 inches apart if you're using a trellis) in a location with full sun and rich soil. Water frequently and consider applying mulch or straw around the base of the plant to retain moisture in the soil.
