Thymus serpyllum. 90 days.
Creeping Thyme is a flowering perennial plant native to the rocky coasts and plains of the Mediterranean.
Dense, creeping plants grow to no more than 6 inches tall and produce an abundance of pink to purple flowers that bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators can't get enough of!
Though many gardeners primarily use T. serpyllum as an ornamental ground cover, every part of the plant is edible and can be used as a culinary spice. And unlike many herbs, Creeping Thyme does not lose its warm and spicy flavor after the flowers bloom and die.
