Helianthus annuus. 65 days.
Dwarf Sungold is a native, annual sunflower variety more affectionately known as Teddy Bear due to the flower's soft, fluffy texture.
The short, bushy plant has a hairy stem with heart-shaped, dark green leaves and produces 6 inch, golden-yellow blooms that appear from mid-summer to the first frost of autumn and are a favorite of bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
Excellent for both field and container growing and makes a beautiful addition to flower beds, borders, or cut arrangements.
