Plant grows to a staggering 8 to 12 feet in height and produces large, bright yellow flowers that average between 10 and 12 inches in width and are extremely attractive to bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
An excellent choice for growing along fences or buildings for privacy. Seeds are easy to harvest and excellent for roasting.

Direct sow in late spring once the soil has warmed to 70 degrees F or higher. Sow several seeds together 1 inch deep and 6 inches apart in rich, well-drained soil. Keep soil moist, and seeds will begin to germinate in 7 to 14 days. Thin to the strongest seedlings.
