Japanese Minowase, also known as Daikon, is an heirloom radish variety native to Japan.


Plant produces large white roots that can grow up to 24 inches long and 3 inches wide.


Flavor is mild, sweet, and crisp, making this an excellent radish to pickle, stir-fry, or steam, or to simply eat raw!


Roots can keep for several weeks if stored in a cool, dry location.
