Thai Hot Bird Pepper is an open-pollinated pepper variety commonly used in many Thai dishes such as curries, salads, and stir-fries. Plant grows to around 2 feet in height and produces upright clusters of 2 to 3 inch long peppers that ripen to a fiery red.

  • Growing Tips
