White Horehound is a perennial herb in the mint family originally native to Europe, Asia, and northern Africa.
The plant, which had gray-green leaves and hairy stems, grows to between 18 and 24 inches in height and produces small white flowers that bloom from June through September.
Used in traditional medicine to treat a number of ailments including coughs and bronchitis, indigestion and heartburn, and loss of appetite.
