White Round African Eggplant is a tropical perennial originally from West Africa. Vigorous, disease resistant plants grow to between 2 and 4 feet in height and produce round, white fruits that are about 2 inches in diameter. Flavor is similar to true eggplants, though slightly more bitter.

 

Grows as a perennial in warm, humid regions, and as an annual in regions with cooler weather.
