Acceptance of Terms:
By using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our products.

Seed Quality:
We take pride in providing high-quality seeds. As such, we regularly test our seeds for viability and germination, and only the highest performing seed lots are made available for purchase.  

​

No Guarantee of Success:
Successful germination is influenced by factors like temperature, light, water, and soil quality. While we provide general guidelines through our growth charts and growing instructions, only you are responsible for providing the necessary conditions for successful germination.

Returns and Refunds:
We do not issue refunds for germination failure due to grower error. However, you are welcome to contact us if you run into any issues during the germination process, as we're more than happy to offer whatever knowledge and assistance we can.

Once seeds leave our warehouse, we are unable to resell them. Because of this, we do not accept returns. We do value you as a customer, though, so if you are having any issues please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

You are responsible for correctly entering your shipping address on the website, and for indicating any delivery restrictions prior to shipping. If a package is returned to us undeliverable, we can only resend it once additional shipping fees have been received.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

 

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
